looking for a pardener in market gardening.
I'm a long way from WA but I hope you find just the right person to help you out.
Wow, I sure hope you find a taker. Unfortunately, I still have my son at home (Senior year in H.S.) and still have to work full time. What a great venture!
Dear Poverty,
I don't see any responses to your initial post since 7/26/08 - I can hardly believe it! I am kind of in the same boat - older woman looking for farm land that I can afford. Trying to sell what I've got to make it happen. I haven't considered SE Washington - high desert? I lived in Spokane for a year when I was a teenager and loved it - very beautiful - but no land for sale. All the land was owned by BIG wheat farmers who kept it in the family. Are you farther south than Spokane?
Hi Luanne: I saw you had no response from poverty, so thought I'd give you the requested info. Goldendale is southcentral Wa. About two-hundred miles from Spokane. It sits about ten miles from the oregon border. I have family that lives in Goldendale. Hope that helps you. Haystack
