OH Absolutely stunning.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Thanks! It's one of my favorite hostas.

Belfield, ND(Zone 4a)

It certainly is stunning, and appears very happy.

I'm curious. Is that a groundcover that you planted around them, or is it a naturally occurring native plant? I like the natural look.

Thanks. It's golden Creeping Jenny, Joan.

Thanks! I'm not sure if it's hardy for me, but I'm gonna check it out. Do you have any invasive problems with it?

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

No - I want it to spread even faster! The gold one is less aggressive than the species.

Thanks! I just ordered 40 plants. I hope I don't live to regret this decision. ;) I'm thinking that it's got to be a better look than the weedy look, (naturally occurring native plants), that I've had going on the last several years.

Sure - good luck. They do require moisture, but not a whole lot. It is one way to check the spread a bit if you need to.

Joan... i also have Creeping Jenny up in our RV Park which is zone 4
and i've seen it grown very well... to took some from a large planter i'm working on, and i'm trying to get it to grow in the shade on my property.... I"m hoping this year it will take off.

There are areas, where it's in the sun, that it does great.

I just love the golden color.

Thanks! One of the comments said that it didn't do well in the sun for them, but I'm going to try. Since we tend to be a little on the dry side here, I don't think it will become invasive for me. I'm hoping anyway.

It does great from shade to full sun. Mine cover the spectrum. In sun they are gold. In shade they are chartreuse.
