Now jyl, that was just fowl....hee hee.....I couldn't resist either! I haven't eaten guinea, but I have heard they are tasty....whatever that means. If we ever have enough, we will probably try it though.

I've heard the same thing, Ladybug. But, I haven't either, so I can't tell you.

very good, we have some recipes. basically same as roaste dchicken, but season it more.
