Babel fish say biave means pale blue in Italian. Most likely means a similar thing in bordering areas. I get the sense that kasachten is most likely Kazakhstan. So if my guess is right the you have pale blue Kazakhstan something.
You got more info than I did...my searches came up empty.
Please tell us...inquiring minds want to know.
