Potato problem?

This is my first time growing potatoes and today I noticed the leaves are all funky looking. What's my problem, and how do I fix it? (The potatoes are just 30 feet slightly uphill from the creek so I have to be careful of toxic run-off.)

looks like you have a few flea beetles or possibly thrips. http://www.ext.colostate.edu/pubs/insect/05592.html They seldom do more than cosmetic damage on Irish potatoes. They can take down eggplant tho.

Same type of damage, they usuauly fade out with hot weather, so damage to tomatoes is less.
