Too late to start from seed?

I just got some cool veggie seeds from South Korea (eggplant, cukes, pak choi, etc). I'm in zone 5. Is it too late to start them? TAmara

I'd say: eggplant - too late. Cukes - go for it. Pak Choi - wait for fall crop.
