Is Tradescantia "Blushing Bride" hardy in zone 6

A friend of mine gave me a page out of her dutchbulbs catalog & it states that Tradescantia "Blushing Bride" is hardy from zone 4-9. Is this true? If so, are all Tradescantias hardy? Curious to find out. Thanks.
