I need someone to make me a design for my garden so that it looks like a "designed" wild space instead of a pot ghetto. The ghetto exists because I'm too scared of committing again to putting the plants a particular place and then it doesn't look like anything. What is the difference between a landscape designer and a landscape architect? I have all the components of a beautiful butterfly garden and wildlife refuge- they just need to be arranged. Do I need a Landscape architect or a Landscape designer? I read the legal descriptions but they did not seem to apply to regular homes and they did not seem to be different. I've looked locally w/o success. They either don't know anything about butterfly gardening or they only do more formal shaped gardens.
I'm thinking of hiring this person.....
