Beetles on Coral Bells?

I'm having a beetle problem with my coral bells. The leaves have been looking quite chewed up, and when I go out at night there are a bunch (dozens) of small to medium sized black beetles all over the plants. Does anyone know what these are, and if there is an organic method of getting rid of them?

I think they're flea beetles, if they are the same thing I get. I've never treated for them, the foliage gets really ratty, but as far as I can tell they've never killed anything. I googled organic treatments and the two options listed were neem and or DE. Good luck.
