This is Atalopedes campestris - Sachem a female with characteristic glossy spot pattern with dark mid area of trailing edge of HW below. See http://davesgarden.com/guides/bf/showimage/4484/ .The broad winged has a pale ray from base crossing pale to faint yellow spots on the HW below.
