Which Flycatcher?

I've been watching this flycatcher for a few days, and I've determined one must be quite familiar w/ flycatchers for proper IDing. ;-)
This bird is about the same size as an oriole, and does not flick the tail.

I'd say Western Wood Pewee - the 'does not flick tail' is mentioned as a distinct pewee character, and the wingbars are greyish, not white.
