It sure looks like it, has milky sap. Found this in some weeds when weedeating around our home. The only thing throwing me off is the yellow areas on the bloom head. If it is milkweed, I can sure use it for the monarchs, but don't want to take a chance if I am wrong.

It is def a milkweed, looks like it is Common milkweed, but cant tell for certain from the pics.
