Found this little guy in with my canna's. Must have ordered it a year ago and forgot about it. Right now the leaf is about 1 1/2 inches long and the bulb is about the size of a large marble. I'm kinda stumped because I usually only order things with varigation.

This isn't the greatest, the a.m. sun was on it and I was trying to shield it for the pic. Had to be a contortionist to get thru the canna's lol!
It looks to me like a Xanthosoma, but being that small that's my only guess. The leaves look thick and elephant ear like.
Glen, I looked that up. Don't think thats it? The stem attaches to the end of the leaf (hard to tell with my crummy pics) and it has a perfectly round bulb, not a tuber. Thanks so much for trying to ID it tho ☺ I may just have to wait until it gets a little bigger with a more defined leaf.
Any chance that's the baby x. jeoquinii lineatum I gave you in the spring? Small ones will start out green.
