I must have lost what's left of my mind because I just put in an order for a 24# box of cukes through a co-op. I absolutely love pickling cucumbers but there's no way I can eat fast enough to polish these off before they spoil.
So, does anyone have a quick and easy recipe for fresh dills? Or Kosher dills? Or any pickle?! Before I'm in the pickle. I have to pick these up Saturday a.m.
