What would you make with lobster?

I am doing a lobster bake for my DH's Bday and normally would just do it with baked potatoes and grilled corn on the cob. A little early for corn here and with a group I would rather do a potato salad or scalloped or something ahead of time. What would you do?? Dessert is covered - I am looking for ideas for light appetizers and side dishes that can be made ahead or assembled easily when ready to eat. THANKS!!
