Does Anyone Know What This Is?

Some people like Goldenrod, but if you have allergies, I wouldn't keep it.

That's a common misconception about Goldenrod - that it causes hayfever. Goldenrod's pollen is sticky though and so is not airborne.The misconception comes from the fact that it blooms at the same time as Ragweed - which is a major cause of hayfever. Ragweed's blooms are inconspicuous but very much airborne.
