I bought a new Dell PC last January, rocket powered with all the bells and whistles;it inculded a Lexmark Z52 printer.

I've been extremly happy with the entire system.
Last night my printer started acting up; wouldn't form feed any 8.5X11 sheets of paper.

I checked everything out and it seemed to be ok, this morning I called Lexmark tech support, they had me try a couple of thing which didn't work. They are going to ship me a new printer in 2-3 days no questions asked. I guess I couldn't ask for any more, a company that services their customers.
