Wildflower ID needed

I got a free packet of assorted TX wildflower seeds last fall and threw them in a bed. This white beauty just bloomed today. Does anyone know what it is?

"Love in a Mist" Nigella damascena, though they aren't native to Texas or the US.
And, aren't those pretty! I have always wanted to try them.

Thanks Stacie. Not native to the US? Well that's a bit disappointing, but I must say that the flower is really pretty. Very delicate, lacy, and attractive. If you'd like, I'll attempt to capture seeds from it.

I'd love that. :)

Okay, I will do my best.

My mother grew those in a big iron washpot that belonged to her grandmother. When I inherited the pot, I planted the seed everywhere. They reseed and spread more every year. Always makes me think of momma.
