Should I soak the kernals before planting them?

It may help them to germinate faster.

You can add about 1 tsp. of hydrogen peroxide to a pint of soaking water. Soak for 20 minutes or so to kill off any pathogens. Then you can soak in an EM solution (see EM thread at Soils and Composting Forum or the emamerica website) to set up a probiotic situation.

And it's not a dumb question.
