Definitely a Blackheaded Grosbeak; and so lucky you got a picture...
I have been trying for weeks but they are so shy!!
We also get the Evening Grosbeak and the Pine Grosbeak but they are even more reluctant
to pose for the camera.

I hope you have had the joy of hearing their 'song'. It is one of my favorite birds songs !!
lilting and tilting la te da is the best I can describe it . ^_^
