Hello everyone,
I live south of Wilmington NC (Bolivia) and need to address a problem with a one of my cedar trees.
There are what appear to be bagworm nests and also some thing that looks like wasp or hornets
nests that I think are actually related to the bagworms all over this tree!
Do I need an arborist and if so does anyone have a specific recommendation?
