This past weekend, Ashley(my wife) and I went to Magnolia for a HUGE Crawfish Boil. While we were there we drove into Houston and visited our friend, Randy (rjuddharrison). We were absolutely amazed at his garden! It's any plant-lover's dream! He told us what alot of this stuff was, but I can't remember it all. Maybe he can I.D. anything of interest. Here's the pics, enjoy!

Isn't it another world, TJ? It is all different from when we were there in November with IslandShari. Did you see any brugs blooming? He brought several and I am doing my best to take care but still no sign of blooms. The "cat whiskers" is something cloredendrum. I have one of that same kind right outside my window, courtesy of Mr. Randy. Many others that I wouldn't dare to try to give a name. It even out-does what could be expected in Houston. Glad you liked it.

There were quite a few brugs in bloom, and Randy gave me as many as would fit in the bed of my pick-up. He also gave me a firecracker plant, a cat whiskers, a night-blooming jasmine, another yellow jasmine, a black-eyed susan vine, some potato vine roots, and several cuttings from plumbago, and vitex. I'm sure I missed some. He was an excellent host and made me and Ashley feel right at home. We can't wait to go visit Randy again.
I keep begging him to come back up here, TJ. I need a housecall for the multitude of things he gave to me. Such a generous and enjoyable person. You and Ashley could come over and we would have a big ole party.
