Suggestions for design??

This area is about 8 feet wide and maybe 32 feet long. So far I have planted hostas ferns and elephant ears in the back which is shady. A small japanese yew (Maki) by the fence and rocks and a small japanese maple in the middle and have yet to plant Japanese loquat. Any ideas about what to fill in with and ground cover?
