Three keys, squiggle next to 1, the six, & dash don't work

I'm wondering if anyone knows how to fix this keyboard problem? Three keys don't print...but only part of the time...sometimes they do.

Is it safe to pop them off and clean them...is that an option? Will they go back on safely?

I never use the squiggle, and have to press numlk and use the six on the letter o, don't know what to do for the dash.
Does anyone have a suggestion?
