Ginger has allergies that cause her to chew on her paws and her front legs. Her vet perscribed some medication for it but it didn't stop it. I asked is there any non rx med that I can use and she said 50mg of Benedryl.
Well, I tried the Benedryl and it doesn't work. And I can't give her more than 6 doses in 24 hours. So it's not like I can give her more or more often.
I'm hesitant to call them and ask, what now? because her vet complained to some one that works there, and I found out about it, that I ask foolish questions.
Do any of you guys have this problem? What works for your dog? It's not food allergies so she needs meds.
