Tips of strawberries turning brown????

I thought it was the cold at first. But it has since turned warm, and still have this problem. Any suggestions?

I had the same problem and it rapidly spread to all my berries and killed all the plants? Don't know what it was but I could not stop it! Sure would like to know more about it...and how to prevent it from happening again.
