I was watching the birds the other day and this White Crowned Sparrow decided to take a bath. I had my camera with me and got this series of shots I hope you will enjoy seeing. This little bird is one of the happiest around and it's song brings a smile to my heart everytime I hear it!

Great series of shots! The only one I've ever seen bathing at my place is the Mockingbird.
Thanks again everyone...I love to watch the birdies bathe! This morning a Rose-breasted Grosbeak took a bath in that same place but unfortunately I wasn't where I could get a shot of it. It was really cute though.

Hi Dave...Yes Sybil started a new thread "Bathing Beauties) but I am happy to have the company of your wonderful Bluebirds. These are really great shots! In the first one they look like little blue ducks floating in a pond...so cute! Thank you for posting them..I couldn't be in better company!
