It's Growing!

I spent a couple hours in my herb garden today, and I'm so happy to see so many things coming back and raising families!

The only thing besides weeds that I don't want to come back is that nasty plant we dug out, and it's coming back all over. But I can dig each little sprout out. Good exercise.

I planted dill and chives, and other plants that can take a little cold. I planted the cherry and pear tomatoes in a hanging basket with the cherry tomato plant coming out the bottom. It was fun easing the leaves through the little bottom hole of the wire basket. Now it looks weird, like it's leaking green leaves out the bottom! LOL! And it's so heavy! I may have made a mistake planting it so soon, because I don't know where I can hang it inside on cold nights because of the weight.

I have chives and oregano outside that come up every year.
The oregano spreads like crazy, seems to like it here by the water. I have it coming up all over.

I have chives and oregano too. I also have lemon balm and catnip which are rather invasive. I end up pulling plants up that are coming up all over my yard.

Catnip never survives here unless I keep it in a chicken wire nest. Our cats are happy though, until they've killed off the plants.

Yes, I have catnip too, although I never planted it. Isn't it a weed? I love it though.
I found a wild buttercup growing where we lauch the boat. Guess I better move that before hubby gets home and mows.

I think it is a weed, it does grow in the wild.
