Well possibly, I'm not home right now and won't be home for a few days. I'll see if the husband can do that for me. Do I just punch holes in the top of a jar like when we were kids? I've never raised cats before.

It would probably be better to put some cheesecloth or pantyhose with a rubber band or tie.....you don't know how small the hatchlings will be.

I don't know if they are cats or predators.

Here is what I use that you may have around the house. A plastic container cut the top and put a small weave fabric in the opening. Panty hose would work for short term.
