If this an Eastern Kingbird...as always it is a very bad pic! I had pulled over to the side of the road to take the pic!!

This one is through the dirty windshield

Up on the wire but in the wrong direction from the sun...so heavy shadow.

Yep! The white tip to the tail is diagnostic. Eastern Phoebe (otherwise somewhat similar) has an all-black tail.
