ha these on my hibiscus last year too. I never did get them id'ed. Here's a couple really crappy pictures.As you can see from my thumb..they're tiny,bright green w/ yellow racing stripe on their sides and light colored bellies

Well,wouldn't you know I get the bad guys and none of the pretty gals!!
Guess I'll pick them off and drop them in some Safer Soap.
