This is the 2nd year I've had the orioles, bought the feeder as soon as I noticed these birds trying to eat out of the Hummingbird feeders. Last year I had 2 males and 2 females but I think there's only 1 couple so far this year. I am really excited about these birds and completely dismayed that we (in Flagstaff, AZ) got 6 inches of snow on May 13th!!!
Bullock's Orioles and Snow!
Nice one!
I've heard of vagrant Baltimore Orioles wintering in Britain coping with snow, so I'd guess Bullock's, being closely related, should be able to manage it too.

Oh, I'm so sorry you got snow! Hopefully it will be gone soon. Cute picture though!
KC- I am so sorry about your snowfall. It's pretty cool to see the Orioles in it though!
WOW...snow in Arizona in May.
I can sympathize.
What an amazing sight!
I hope your snow is melting! I have been through your area many times and it is beautiful there...your pic is as well. Thank you for posting it!

Thanks for all your comment guys! This is the first forum I have ever joined and I think it's pretty cool!!! Just so you know, the snow melted by about 4pm...hopefully no more!
So happy that the snow is gone!
That is amazing that you got snow. It probably meant to hit here and lost its mark. We can understand here. You wake up, look outside and think you are having a bad dream.
Great pictures.
