Could use some help to ID these Aroids

Judsonia, AR(Zone 7b)

I bought these last spring, Not from anybody here, as named varieties, and when they came to me none of them were labeled their names. I thought they all died but hung on to the tags I made for them so I could place the tags on them later when I had them id'd

Here ar e the names of the ones I bought

Alocasia Esculenta Yellow splash
Alocasia odora arureo variegata. ( maybe mispelled, can't read my writing)
Colocasia esculenta Elepaio
Alocasia odora okinawa silver

maybe the center is elepaio The one on the far right was variegated last fall. and just not showing it right now, I may have to wait a bit before id'ing it . the one on the left looks like splash but not sure, they all resemble some variegation, even the one on the right has some sploches but hard to see in the photo.

One is missing , but I didnt' store it in the same place as these, and now it's placed with some other noid pups that I dug up last fall. after digging the mother plants, pups came up later and I then dug those and potted them with n oid tags for later iding to their parents. ALOT of my aroids and tropical gingers haven't even shown their selves yet because of this weird weather we're having. I hope it shows up soon, and hope it is one of the 3 and not splash. and I hope one of these 3 isn't splash LOL I have that in a larger pot and it's got several in it. so if one has to die, I'd rather it be splash

I know I may have to wait a while longer for them to grow up a bit, to get proper id's which is ok too.

I don't even remember where I got them any more, but was sorely disapointed that they wouldn't think to put labels on them. none the less. No more talk of them.

Just wantto id them

here is yellow splash, with alot of them showing up as solid, you can see the yellow one underneath, why do you think that alot of them are showing up solid. This was from a reputable trade, and alot more were variegated last fall. WE are having some odd weather lately , think that's why?

In the group of three, the one on the far right is definitely Colocasia, but the other two look like Alocasia to me. They are pretty small right now so IDing is iffy. I can tell you what they are not, though. None of them is Okinawa Silver if, as they appear in the picture, the variegation of the middle and left ones is yellow. OS has strictly white variegation.

BTW, there is no "Alocasia esculenta"; that plant would have to be Colocasia esculenta 'Yellow Splash".

WEll, this is discouraging to say the least LOL

I might have lost one of them and was hoping it was the splash one. I noticed on my research that okinawa silver has white variegation, but I though t that elepaio was white variegation too? am I wrong?

I thought this person I got these from really knew his aroids, but I guess I was wrong. I wrote down the names exactly off his web site of the ones I bought.

I'll have to go back now and hunt that site down

Elepaio appears to be white as well, but as with many Colocasias, the leaf is matte rather than shiny like the Alocasias you mentioned are. If given two plants and told that one is an Alocasia and the other a Colocasia, but not told which one, I am 99% confident that I can pick out the Colocasia. The overall look and feel of Colocasias is markedly different from the commonly grown Alocasias.

Elepaio holds the leaves somewhat perpendicular to the petiole attachment, while the Okinawa Silver will hold the leaf blade nearly parallel to the petiole.
