wow that sure is wonderful I am waiting for my salmon perfektion to bloom which it is starting to do now it has one bud that is big well not that big but big to me and I can see a few others starting. I can not wait for her to bloom...

LOL I thought my package deal that meadow princess was a white. A pink is good all my CGarden Brugs are doing so well. I picked what grew the best in Florida from the post of which ones were the favorites.
I picked up 5 new ones this winter Meadow Princess, Velvet Rose and Autumn Treasure in the 3 brug deal and Adeline and MEM. Most brugs do not like it here but these guys have surprised me they are all growing like weeds. For some reason the fuzzy brugs do the best for me.
I cannot wait for mine to bloom my 1st doubles that have survived and are thriving. Very pretty pictures. Thanks.

Mary they are to die for! Those doubles (and triples) are growing on me... Generous DG'er sent me a Day Dreams, I'm so looking forward to watching her grow up this summer. I'm with ZZ, when I saw the picture, I thought (Mary is so cute, I can just see how much she loves her brugs).. How lovely, you and your bloomers. Thanks for sharing.

Absolutely Mary, Fascination can take any heat here in Florida to, she proved it very well
Is it normal to get a single ? The first bloom is a single - maybe other side of Y will be a double ?
It happens every so often. The picture of Peanut on this thread shows some doubles and singles on the same plant. I have a double white that gives me the occasional single also. I haven't really cared enough to keep track of when it happens, so I don't know if it's from an environmental cause or just something that happens with only some of them.
So far Fascination, Meadow Princess, Tiara, Day Dreams, and Adeline haven't ever done that here.

I waited about 2 years to see that one bloom. Every time she'd come close to blooming something would go wrong. Mites, soot from a nearby wild fire, winds, etc. I had lots of time to anticipate. LOL It was worth it.
