Kim that is so cool!!.. very sweet of you susan : )
Awww ... what a cute baby Flamingo! And, what a sweet thing for Miss Susan to do! But we all know how thoughtful and giving you are Susan!
Happy Mothers Day to all you Mom's out there! May you all have a day full of blessings!
Thats cute!
Susan, you always come up with the best ideas. I think he is adorable.
I just had to look at the picture again. So unique - a baby flamingo hatching from an egg! See the cracks in the egg and the little foot at the bottom? Very cute!
I'm curious ... How large is it? Is it meant to be one of those stepping stones, or is it like a paper weight? How heavy is it?
No stepping stone...Just a stone to place somewhere to look at it... She does very detailed work... When my GD dog got killed she painted a rock that had her picture on it and her name on the back...At first could not understand why she made the stone blue... I was Sheeva looking from the sky at Nadia... That made Nadia very happy... She put her name in Gold letters in the back.. I thought I posted a picture but maybe I did not so tomorrow I will go on hubby puter and post one from there.. He can paint almost anything... Her art work is wonderful.
Hugs,
Susan
She really has artistic skill!! I actually had to look twice to make sure there wasn't "real" down fluff glued to the rock on the wings!! They looked like you could touch them and feel the fluff!
