The Carroll County Master Gardeners will be having a plant sale tomorrow at the Flower and Jazz Festival in downtown Westminster Maryland tomorrow. They mark eveything down 50% after 3 PM. Lots of variety this year and prices range from 50 cents to $3.50 with a few trees and specialty pots slightly higher. Asters, astilbes, monarda, hostas (abby, baby bunting and 2 others), lamiums, salvias, geraniums, heirloom tomatoes, lupines, daylilies (many colors), many sedum varieties, tall bearded iris, digitalis, centaurea, tall phlox - pink and David, stachys, houseplants, white pine, 2.5 feet tall small evergreens, tansy, yarrow and many others - I just can't recall all I priced this AM.
Here is a brief bit of info off from the Carroll County website about Flower and Jazz "The show takes place in downtown Westminster on Main Street from Longwell Avenue to Railroad Avenue. More than 75 craft vendors plus thousands of plants, shrubs, trees, and flowers from local plant nurseries are available. Food is available, as well as day-long jazz entertainment."
