I'd like to roast pumpkin seeds this fall...is one variety better for this, or is a seed just a seed? And if so, is there a particular type of pumpkin that has more seeds in it? Thanks ~
which pumpkins have the best seeds for roasting?
I like the hullless ones best. We grew Styrian last year and greatly enjoyed the seeds. There are others.
