I need to build a brooder box that will go in the big chicken house. I have several things to consider.
A. feeders and waterers easy to get to
B. finding a way to keep the heat lamp on top and not have the other chickens roost there and poop on the little ones.
My ideal situation is to have several stacked on top of each other with poop drawers in between, but what to do on the top to keep the other chickens from pooping on them.
Any of you have any setups like this or any advice.
