Mel...please help me with H. longifolia

I used to have a tray of them. now I have 6 soon to be NONE. How do you grow yours so well? Mine are mid greenhouse so lots of high indirect light, warmth and water when i do the watering. OBVIOUSLY it is not working. Can you shed some light....pllllllleeeeease?

I give mine lots of light too, but also let it almost compltely dry out between waterings, and its a very happy camper.
