What is your opinion of dog behaviorist?

I am thinking of taking my baby Jack to a dog behaviorist. He is 10 months old and listens well inside but when we got out he ignores me. This person gives private lessons for 100.00 This is for 6 one hour classes. Here is a link to her website. It is under construction but still gives information.
