Hi -
I planted some Siberian Squill last fall and they've come up very nicely. I think they're starting to make little seed pods - the flower stalks are slumping and have small green balls the size of peas. I'd really like to have my scilla increase in number - what do I do with these pods and when? We'll be doing some other gardening and I didn't know whether I can bury them now, or need to wait for them to get into some other more mature form (like waiting for them to be brown, or open up, etc. etc.). We'll be mulching later and I wanted to make sure some get into the ground properly. Thanks!
quick scilla seedpod question
The pods will open when ripe - I just let mine self seed and they grow OK.
