Display plants at Edrom and Lamberton

North East England, United Kingdom(Zone 8a)

These nurseries are excellent as they have some wonderful plants for sale but they also have display beds and sinks so you can see what the plants will look like. Hope you enjoy these. First is a sink display

Wow! Wonderful place. I don't know of anything like that
near here. Did you buy anything?

How nice to have alpine nurseries near enough to visit! It's definitely in their best interests to put on a good demonstration of how people might use their plants.... display gardens sell a lot of plants (especially whatever is in bloom!)
That Sebaea is stunning!

I agree - it is so worthwhile seeing what a plant looks like in a garden setting rather than the tiny specimen you buy in a pot. I bought several alpines to fill my stone sink and some species lilies - all planted now after this weekend.
