I believe this is some kind of dracaena, I've just never seen this color of leaves on one before.
New plant from Lowe's
candace,
I buy one of those every year and i can never grow them...i think they are so pretty...those colors in yours are beautiful...Hope you have better luck them me.

Yep, they are pretty, but they are very temperamental. I was able to keep one for years, but it never flourished and eventually started getting a lot of brown on the leaves, and slowly losing leaves until it had hardly any left. They aren't easy for even the most experienced grower. They are inherently weak, according to one of my houseplant books.

Maybe a new cultivar of Dracaena? Beautiful color! I love the looks of that one!
Here's one similar in PF: http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/38173/ I have a couple of Dracaena's and they seem to do best when I neglect them. I used to kill them with over watering. The broad leaf ones do seem to have a problem of the leaves turning brown and crispy if they don't get enough humidity. You can mist them with a spray bottle of water once in awhile. Even with the major humidity down here in Florida, it sometimes just ain't a happy camper.
Here's some good info for dracaena's: http://hgic.clemson.edu/factsheets/HGIC1504.htm
It's common for the D. Massangeana to lose bottom leaves ... you can cut them off and you end up with a trunk like a tree. Some people like this look: http://www.dracaena.com/dracaena-fragrans-massangeana.php
Check out some of these Dracaena's in Hawaii: http://www.hear.org/starr/hiplants/images/thumbnails/html/dracaena_fragrans.htm
Some things I learned about Dracena plants in my greenhouse
They don't like water on the leaves, best to bottom water them if possible
they don't like the fluorides and other chemicals in tap water
They do best on very weak food but a constant supply
they like to be root bound somewhat
Although they look sturdy, they bruise easily if handled too much

It's probably Lemon Lime.
