Any CMS - e107 template gurus around?

I was wondering if anyone works with e107 and knows how to make templates for it?
I have an online women's support group that was just handed totally over to me and we have been using e107 for it the last year and a half but I would like to find a template that uses the whole page not just the center leaving the sides as blank background space
We have redone the graphics for it but the text is set too small for alot of the ladies and my skills in making a template and css is very very minimal as my spare time for playing with things has been very limited.
