Here is the new weekly thread.
Anna, I hope you and your DH do well at the show.
I'm really tired right now. It was a busy night at the cafe. I was busy washing dishes right up to clean up time and that took until 10. We close at 9.
I leave for PG early in the morning to help with the annual spring plant sale. I have to leave there about 1:30 to be at work at 3. I want to get a few plants and a fellow DGer wants me to pick up a couple for her. Sunday after church that DGer and I will meet and go to yet another couple DGers home to deliver all the plug trays, pots, cell packs, etc. we have been collecting for them. We'll come home loaded down with bunny poo because they also raise rabbits. Pretty good trade in our minds.
I have a blood vessel in my l. arm right above my elbow on the inside of the arm that has been leaking for about 3 days now. At night I put on a really cold pack and the swelling goes down & the blood seems to go away quite a bit. But as I am up and about and using the arm somewhat - that is the one with the injured shoulder so I don't use it much - it begins to bleed more and get swollen, etc. By this time of night it looks really bad. I have an appointment with the ortho doc. on Friday morning. Before then I may have decided to go to my family doc and see what he thinks. It will all depend on how much and how long this bleed continues. This is the worst one I have had. Most look like a nasty bruise and go away in 3 or 4 days at the most. This looks like a REALLY nasty bruise. Like someone hit me with a 2 X 4. By the way, none of sneaked up here and hit me one night did you? LOL. I told you that you would really hurt me if you did that. The doctor had a complete blood count done when I was there last time and it is all normal but the slightly elevated red cell count. That is a judgement call on my part whether or not to donate a pint of blood to be thrown away. Kind of strange. The elevated red count could possibly lead to blood clots(not likely at this level)while at the same time I have a blood vessel leaking. Go figure.
I need to hit the hay. Or at least go to bed. GOD bless and keep each of you.
