Does anyone have an authentic Mexican Albondigas soup recipe. I had this soup for lunch today and was quite impressed with it. Now I want to make some. Most of the recipes I found when googled aren't anything like what I had; tender meatballs in a red broth with rice, onion slices, herbs and spices. Have you got a favorite recipe that you make that's similar to this that you can share?
