Which pet door should i get?

Do any of you guys that have larger dogs, my largest is 90 lbs, have any good pet door suggestions? i was hoping to get one of the ones with the thing on the collar that unlocks the door. I dont want to spend the extra $$ if they dont work though. Thanks for any suggestions!
