Should I visit the vet?

Lincoln, NE(Zone 5b)

Some of you may have read about Sophie's tree climbing adventure last weekend. She climbed a little ways up a tree and could not figure out how to get down. I did not see her when she finally did come down, but I think she just jumped. She really wasn't up very high, maybe 8 ft, so I didn't worry much about it. She acted fine once she came down, but since then I've noticed she has not been jumping or climbing up on anything. I think she may have hurt her left leg. She doesn't act like it hurts her when I feel it and bend the joints and isn't limping at all, but I have noticed her lift her left leg up and shake the paw a few times. I'm guessing that she sprained her ankle or something and have just been giving it a few days to see if it gets better, but after 3 days she's still not climbing up on anything, not even to the edge of the bathtub and that's one of her favorite spots to sit. I would think she would be limping if it was broken or at least act like it hurts when I moved it around. Have any of you had experience with a cat that had a broken leg? I'm not sure how long to wait before taking her in to the vet. Any ideas? I'm worried about the poor little thing.
