They look like mealy bugs.

We have been successful killing them with
1 tablespoon alcohol
1 tablespoon dishwashing liquid
1 quart of water.
Spray when the sun is not shining on the plant, you may have to do it more than once.

Thank you!!!! I will go do that afterwhile when the sun goes down! I may have to hook up the sprayer to the hose, as they are multiplying fast!!!!

Don't wait. Those things spread like wildfire and can kill many plants in a short time. I battled them last year and it was awful. Josephine's alcohol mix worked for me and I've used it at the first signs of them ever since and I've not had a problem. I really can't stress strongly enough not to put off treating. These things are agressive about spreading.
Good luck.

Thanks! I made the mixture and sprayed last night! I will keep the bottle out on the patio, and spray when I see them! They sure multiplied fast just over the couple of days that I had seen them!

Thanks Again!
