I think it is a Question Mark or one of the Commas maybe the Eastern Comma, but definately a bushfoot butterfly. Check these links, making sure to click on "more images".

I agree with Sheila - it's either a Question Mark or Comma. A tad hard to tell by the fuzzy photos...but it's definitely either of those and nothing else.
